When he wasn’t looking at me, Rufus — the mini Goldendoodle seen here — had a dog’s-eye view as Marty proposed to Danielle on the Carroll Street Bridge. After a few portraits in Gowanus, I bid them farewell, but really went racing to Olmsted Restaurant to capture Danielle’s face for the surprise engagement party that Marty had been planning — for months! Hugs all around!
