Mary Cleaver, New York City’s preeminent green caterer and restaurateur, has a farm of her own! It is located in northern Washington County with views of the Adirondacks. The farm truly reflects Mary’s commitment to her “long-standing conviction that the best foods are grown, tended and harvested within a day’s drive of your table.” After the photo shoot, I joined Mary and her incredible staff for an extraordinary meal. What a great day!
